The RESSKILL project is a comprehensive and transformative initiative strategically positioned to catapult the European Union into a more sustainable and resilient future. RESSKILL places a critical emphasis on human capital, understanding that skilled professionals are integral to achieving a sustainable energy future. Going beyond traditional educational efforts, the project is a multifaceted endeavor designed to meet the evolving needs of the renewable energy sector, with a specific focus on energy system integration and digitalisation for buildings and districts. RESSKILL incorporates Artificial Intelligence (AI) for skill needs identification, to ensure that the educational programs are dynamically tailored to the evolving demands of the construction industry, making the workforce not just competent but also agile in response to changing technologies and requirements. A distinctive feature of RESSKILL is the development of Micro Credentials, providing tangible validation of an individual's expertise and ensuring alignment with industry standards.
