PROJECT DESCRIPTION
BACKGROUND
The Agente Integral de Rehabilitación en España (AIRE) project intends to revolutionize home renovation services, starting in the unique context of Mallorca and Tenerife islands. AIRE will address the limitations of Integrated Home Renovation Services (IHRS), particularly those experienced by public One Stop Shops (OSS) due to law constraints. Additionally, AIRE intends to foster the emerging actor in the renovation field in Spain, named Renovation Agent, spurred by the Next Generation EU Funds and expected to provide IHRS. There are still a number of uncertainties about the economic viability of such private actor and its business model needs to be tested and iterated. AIRE will deploy a private IHRS OSS with the flexibility to offer a full-fledged service, guiding homeowners seamlessly throughout the entire renovation journey. AIRE will provide personalized technical recommendations, connect homeowners with trusted professionals, manage all stakeholders involved and explore financing options, ensuring a comprehensive and hassle-free experience for those seeking home improvements. Trust is paramount in the realm of home renovations, where homeowners seek to transform their living spaces. To enhance this trust, AIRE is introducing a groundbreaking quality label to certifying particularly the IHRS offered by the local OSS. This label is a crucial step toward ensuring accountability and delivering consistently high-quality service and it will serve as a symbol of excellence. AIRE has a broader vision in mind and aims to create a replicable model, with the potential to evolve into a franchise system, that can extend its transformative approach beyond unique island contexts, and across the rest of the country. This expansion will enable AIRE to empower homeowners throughout Spain, offering them access to the same high-quality home renovation experience that has become the hallmark of the AIRE project.
