1. Creation of a new AGRIM- AGREX

Manual creation of a AGRIM/AGREX in ELAN
Start by clicking on ‘+Create document’ and select either AGRIM or AGREX :
XML file Upload which will be translated into AGRIM or AGREX and fill out the licenses in a semi-automatic way.
When selecting this option, you will be asked to provide an operation and upload an XML file, which should have been previously generated in your IT system:
System to system upload via the webservice client.
This method requires the Helpdesk to configure one of the approved users in the virtual authority as a technical user. Communicate AGRIM/AGREX in the required format as additional instructions require. 2. Operations on AGRIM- AGREX
Operations on the valid AGRIM/AGREX can be performed by clicking action button next to the document: can be performed by clicking “Actions” button.
3. Creation of a new TCDOC
To create TCDOC click “+Create document” “TCDOC”. Fill the required data following the Notice (still to be published). It is possible to create TCDOC via the file upload or system to system interconnection via the Web Service client. See above.
4. Customs operations
Licence issuing authority users can also verify a specific Customs operation, by the relevant menu.
