Mailbox profile

Mailbox profile is used when an account in SAAS needs to be configured as a Functional Mailbox to receive iRASFF emails only. Mailbox profile cannot be used to access iRASFF.

Mailbox option profile

The local administrator can add Mailbox profile to an account that is used as functional mailbox:

  1. The mailbox profile can be requested and added immediately by the local administrator:

  2. Submit the access request.

  3. Add requested mailbox profile.

  4. Click on activate:

If an account has only Mailbox profile, then it will be excluded from the account locking workflow.

Account locking workflow:

  • If a user does not log in to iRASFF or RASFF WINDOW for 180 days, his user profile(s) will be locked in SAAS.

  • If a user does not log in to iRASFF or RASFF WINDOW for 150 days, he will receive an email notification informing them that his user profile(s) will be locked in SAAS in 30 days.

  • The account locking workflow is not triggered for non-member organisations.
