Now you're in the Audit Management Service (AMS) application where you will be able to follow up your audit. 

AMS is accessible by Audit Contacts (AuCo) nominated by audited organisations to carry out their audit related tasks. In the case of outsourced audits, the External Auditor Firms (EAF) appointed by the Commission to carry out the audit will also access AMS.

The Audit Management Service interface provides three levels of information:

  1. Audit information - audit data
  2. Process information - process description and reference, process timeline
  3. Task information - actions to be performed to complete the task

In the left hand side panel, you can find all key data regarding your project.

Explanation

This box contains the audited organisation data, such as:

  1. LEAR
  2. Audit Representative of the Organisation
  3. Legal Name
  4. Legal Address
  5. Legal Form
  6. Legal Status
  7. International Organisation Data
  8. International Organisation
  9. International Organisation of EU Interest
  10. SME

Click on Active Processes  to see all current processes regarding your audit.


Process information

This panel contains the current processes for your audit. Each process is defined by a yellow, blue, or black box.

Colour explanation

yellow box means that a task is available to be carried out.

blue box means that no task is available to be carried out. 

black box means that the process is finalised.

Sections

Each process box consists of four sections:

1. Metro line

The metro line section indicates the status of the process.

2. Task line

The task line section indicates the actual tasks to be carried out. Click on the title of the task ("Upload your supporting documents on the audit requested in" in this example) to start the task. Click the "Upload" button to perform the task and the "Complete" button to finalise the task. 

3. Process documents

The Process documents section contains all relevant documents for the process. Note: obsolete documents are not listed, but can be accessed by clicking on the Document Library button. 

4. Process history

The Process history section contains the information about the timeline of process events.
