Introduction After the submission of your proposal, the European Commission will evaluate your proposal. Start of the Grant Agreement Preparation

 If no Project Representatives are listed, please complete in the roles management section of the Participant Portal. 

 Please select the  For Coordinators, it is mandatory to select their Project Legal Signatory by checking the box. This , as this is the person who will appear in the Grant Agreement or in the Accession to the grant as representative for the purposes of signing the grant/Accession Form. Please note that the Grant Agreement can be signed by any Legal Signatory. 

 So, the only Project Legal Signatory which is mandatory for signing the Grant, is the Project Legal Signatory of the Coordinator. For the other beneficiaries, a Project Legal Signatory should be nominated BEFORE the signature of the Accession Forms. Consequently, this means that the absence of a beneficiary Project Legal Signatory doesn't prevent the generation and the finalisation of the Grant Agreement and the warning in the Grant Agreement Services system can be ignored (in a later version, this warning will not appear any more). 

The Coordinator Bank Account is not automatically listed after the submission of your proposal.
