- The fields "WP Year" or "WP Decision" are now mandatory for proposals under rejection or under termination.
Grant Agreement Preparation
New Model Grant Agreements (MGAs)
- In the GA Information screen, we will display the legal name and version of the model grant agreement used by the project.
When the project is signed, we will also display the GA's entry into force date in the Project Summary screen.
GA options
- When a project has the new Topic metadata "cascade prizes possible", then GA option art 15.2 is automatically selected.
- In the Amendment Information page and GA options page, there will be a possibility to preview the options (click on an icon).
- An update has been applied on the applicable law for international organisations (art 57.1): there will be more options for the beneficiaries being International Organisations to select the applicable law for article 57.1. This will be applied for the projects to be signed with H2020 MGA 3.0 or non-H2020 MGA v2.0.
Partner summary and LFV partner screen
- The partner summary and LFV partner screen have been updated: it now also shows the "profit" and "non LRI" (non-large research infrastructure) status.
Amendments
Amendment types
The amendment type "AT39 - Change of the amount of the pre-financing guarantee" is now supported for non-H2020 amendments.

Ethics
- It is now possible to modify the Lead Beneficiary and Dissemination Level for Ethics Deliverables during the Grant Preparation also for Types of Actions that have exclusively Ethics Deliverables (e.g. Types of Action). This functionality is already available for all other Types of Actions.

- The SME Impact questionnaire is available now. The questionnaire covers section 7 of the H2020 Periodic Report Template and is only available for projects in which an SME is a beneficiary. Please click here for more information.

The questionnaire covers section 11 of the H2020 Periodic Report Template and is only available for projects under Societal Challenge 'Secure, Clean and Efficient Energy' under specific calls. - The Innovation questionnaire is available now. The questionnaire covers section 6.4 of the H2020 Periodic Report Template and is only available for LEIT, Societal Challenges and Innovation in SMEs projects. Periodic reporting: Types of action supported
- For CHAFEA projects, the reimbursement rate for the project is now displayed in the Financial Statement screen.
Bug fix
- The sorting of milestones is now also possible per delivery date, 'Achieved' flag and Comments (a sorter is now displayed in these columns).
