Ethics flow
- The ethics process box disappears
- The ethics report and the previously uploaded justification elements can now be found under "other documents"
- Each time an ethics report is uploaded after the invitation, the coordinator receives a Participant Portal Notification (PNS) that the Ethics Summary report is available on the Participant Portal.
- Ethics Requirements due during project implementation will appear as ethics Deliverables in a special ethics Work Package, editable only by the Project Officer/Ethics Officer
- The already existing ethics data will be migrated to the new solution and Deliverables will be created:
- Immediately: for projects under preparation and with an open SyGMa session and for projects under implementation
- After grant signature: for projects that have finished the grant preparation and await the grant signature
- For Projects under implementation, the Ethics Deliverables created for ethics requirements will have the status of the corresponding ethics requirement at the moment of the migration and will have, as document uploaded, any potentially existing Justification Element uploaded for that specific requirement.
Grant Agreement Preparation termination
- The termination of the Grant Agreement Preparation is supported now. Both the EU and the Consortium may decide to terminate the Grant Agreement Preparation during:
- the Grant Agreement Preparation (ping-pong): via the "Terminate" button
- the Grant Agreement signature: the "Decline" signature button
