23.07.2026 Participant Register 2026.6

Participant register 2026.6 is scheduled for release on 23 July 2026. This release mainly covers the following:

Improvement

  • From now on, when receiving a document request with an attached file, the attachment will be visible in the task received as well, as in the message.

Bugfixes

  • Fix of an issue in the bank account wizard: when editing a validated bank account, even after completing all steps correctly, the Submit button on the "Confirm and submit" page of the wizard remained disabled.
  • Fix of a display issue for validated bank accounts: the Edit button was still visible in the summary page of the wizard.
  • Fix of a display issue when participant initiates an update for a legal entity: supporting documents uploaded by the participant will be shown with status ’Draft’ and the ones submitted with status ‘Received’.

02.07.2026 Participant Register 2026.5

Participant register 2026.5 is scheduled for release on 2 July 2026. This release mainly covers the following:

Improvements

  • Addition of a clarification phrase and a link to the general guidance under the Archived documents section of an organisation.
  • Change message in the popup window displayed when a LEAR recovery was triggered.
  • Update of an outdated link in the Authorised users/LEAR section of an organisation.
  • Addition of tooltips for the fields in the VAT number check.

Bugfixes:

  • Fix of an error message when the participant provided an invalid VAT number for the legal entity: from now on, invalid VAT numbers will be handled during the VAT number check.
  • Fix of a display issue during an organisation update: the invalid VAT number was not shown in the VAT number field.
  • Fix of an issue under Tasks section: a wrong request was made to PDM registry when the participant clicked on Task details.
  • Fix of a display issue under the section Bank accounts: when searching for banks, the first result row was not visibleafter performing the search, only after pagination interaction.
  • Fix of a display issue for some specific cases, when the VAT number check returns no legal name or address for the entity, only if the VAT number is valid or not. From now on, in these cases:
    1. the legal name and address fields returned by the VAT check will always be the same "---"
    2. the message "No legal name provided in the VAT register" and/or "No legal address provided in the VAT register" will be displayed
    3. the option to update the legal name will not be shown

04.06.2026 Participant Register 2026.4

Participant register / PDM version 2026.4 is scheduled for release on 4 June 2026. This release mainly covers the following improvements:

Participant register

  • From now on, during the registration and update of an organisation, a real time VAT number check will be performed with information available in the database. For more information click here for first registration and here for updates.
  • Removal of Add document button from the Archived documents section of an organisation. You can find more information here.
  • Update Tasks link in the Archived documents section of the organisation.

LEAR workflow

  • If a LEAR recovery process becomes "non-responsive", from now on, the instance will be cancelled automatically.

07.05.2026 Participant Register 2026.3

Participant register / PDM version 2026.3 is scheduled for release on 7 May 2026. This release mainly covers the following:

Improvements:

  • Integration of the LEAR Recovery wizard in the portal. More information can be found here.
  • Introduction of improved request additional information functionality through the participant task in the portal in the LEAR Validation workflow. More information can be found here.

19.03.2026 Participant Register 2026.2

Participant register / PDM version 2026.2 is scheduled for release on 19 March 2026. This release mainly covers the following:

Improvements

  • Updates in the text of the GEP questionnaire, under the Legal information section of an organisation.
  • From now on, in the bank account wizard of an organization, the upload of multiple documents and the possibility of adding description to the documents will be allowed

Bugfixes

  • Fix of an issue in the Bank account section: bank search did not display first result, until user changed the pagination. Also, when having a bank account request in Follow-up status, after submitting a new bank account request, the one in status Follow-up was not visible
  • Fix of a translation issue in the GEP questionnaire, under the Legal information section of an organisation.
  • Fix of some incorrect popup messages, after performing changes for an organization and submitting document for update.
  • Fix of an issue in the FCA workflow: after CVS requested additional info and the workflow moved on the side of participant, financial years shown as Validated in PDM Classic are displayed with status Data provided for the participant, with incorrect action Provide necessary information instead of Edit.

04.02.2026 Participant Register 2026.1

Participant register / PDM version 2026.1 is scheduled for release on 4 February 2026. This release mainly covers the following:

Improvement

  • From now on, in the Legal information tab of My organisations section, the International organisation value will be set to "No"and will not be editable, if Legal entity type = private entity or Legal entity status = natural person. 

Bugfix

  • Fix of an issue uploading documents: after selecting the document type, the Upload button was not responding.

20.11.2025 Participant Register 2025.8

Participant register / PDM version 2025.14 is scheduled for release on 20 November 2025. This release mainly covers the following:

Improvement:

  • Removal of Legal form field from the Legal information section of an organization, when Legal entity status = natural person OR Legal entity status = legal person and Legal entity type = public body.

Bugfixes:

  • Fix of an incorrect message displayed on the LEAR recovery page, pressing on the link from the email received, when a LEAR Recovery was closed due to inactivity.
  • Update of an outdated link under Authorized users/LEAR section of an organisation.

  • Fix of an issue in the LEAR tab of My organisations section: when the participant received a message to appoint the LEAR, pressing on the task generated, the Add LEAR button was missing.

Participant register 2025.11 is scheduled for release on 4 September 2025. This release mainly covers the following improvement:

  • Improve some texts in the FCA workflow: update of the warning message in the Submit step, when there are no closed accounts and change of the text next to the information icon in the Closing date step.

07.07.2025 Participant register (Domain Specific Facts) 2025.2

Domain Specific Facts 2025.2 is scheduled for release on 7 July 2025 containing improvements related to the Request additional information phase of the Personnel Unit Cost workflow (user will receive a separate task for this) and offering the user the possibility to update data under 'Special cost methods' tab of 'Additional organisation data' section of an organisation.

07.07.2025 Participant Register 2025.4

Participant register 2025.8 is scheduled for release on 7 July 2025. This release mainly covers the following improvement:

  • Split of PR (Participant register) repository from DSF (Domain specific facts) code, resulting in a new vertical menu for the organisation data, accessible from the section ‘My organisations’ in the My area section of the F&T Portal, selecting the option ‘View organisation details’ from the 3 dots action menu:

17.03.2025 Participant Register 2025.3

Participant register / PDM version 2025.3 is scheduled for release on 17 March 2025. This release mainly covers the following improvement:

  • From now on, Bank Account wizard will allow a Participant to search for and select the appropriate bank branch based on country, city and address combination.

20.02.2025 Participant Register 2025.2

Participant register / PDM version 2025.2 is scheduled for release on 20 February 2025. This release mainly covers the following:

Improvements

  • Remove first line in the message displayed when the participant performs and submits an update for his organization.
  • From now on, documents under the tab Archived documents with type LEAR other, can be only viewed, but not edited/replaced.

 

30.01.2025 Participant Register 2025.1

Participant register / PDM version 2025.1 is scheduled for release on 30 January 2025. This release mainly covers the following:

Improvements

  • From now on, for data entry in the bank account wizard some restrictions will apply: Account Name should have maximum 40 and Account Holder Name maximum 60 characters.
  • From now on, the Edit button in the LEAR wizard will appear only when the LEAR validation is incomplete and the participant makes change to the data submitted. The text message of the popup window has been slightly changed also. If the LEAR is already validated, only the button Replace LEAR will be displayed.
  • When the participant makes changes to the data of his organisation and clicks Submit, the text in the popup window ‘You are about to submit your changes’ has been updated: now in case of registration or VAT extract, documents up to 12 month (instead of 6) are accepted.
  • Change warning text in the ID document upload page for generic ID upload and any other workflow explicitly asking for ID documents.
  • Enable the EC CAPTCHA solution in all features where document upload is used.

 

21.11.2024 Participant Register 2024.2

Participant Register/PDM is scheduled for release on 21 November 2024. This version introduces the following:

Improvements

- From now on, the FP7 Indirect Cost Method (ICM) section will be hidden if the legal entity does not have an FP7 Indirect Cost Method.

- After being uploaded via your task or the Add document button, SME/Midcaps document type will be displayed and the document will be downloadable under the tab Archived documents. the

- In the Gender Equality Plan (GEP), from now on when you select Yes for the first question, the GEP link has to be added also and then your answer from the GEP questionnaire will be stored in the database.

- From now on, you will always have the option to add a document of type Other to a document request.

 

02.05.2024 Participant Register 2024.1

Participant Register/PDM is scheduled for release on 02 May 2024. This version introduces the following:

New feature

  • Addition of the Special cost methods section under Additional organisation data tab upon accessing the Modify organisation page, which offers the possibility to view and edit the details of the Special cost methods for the organisation:

Participant Register version 7.4.0 is scheduled for release on 17 June 2021. This version includes:

  • New Mid-caps self-declaration. After completion of the SME self-assessment, organisations which do not qualify as SME will have the possibility to self-declare as mid-cap when applicable.
