In this section of the application form you have to provide information about what you would like to achieve by taking part in this scheme and with the Erasmus+ Programme. It is about your objectives, expected impact, planned activities, etc.

Click on "Strategic Development" in the side menu

Click on the Strategic Development link in the side menu. The Strategic Development screen opens. 

In this section you have to provide information on:

  • Motivation and Objectives and
  • Overview of planned activities

Fill in the "Motivation and Objectives" section

Provide information on the motivation of your organisation to participate in the Programme and the goals and aims you want to achieve.

Describe your first objective

In the Objectives section add the following information for your first objective in the dedicated fields:

  • Title and description - What do you want to achieve?
  • Explanation - How is this objective linked with the needs and challenges you have explained?

2.2.

Add additional objectives (if applicable)

To add subsequent objectives, click on the ADD OBJECTIVE button. The Objective 2 subsection displays.

As with the first objective, provide all mandatory information in the available fields. Add any additional objectives in the same way.

2.3.

Delete an objective

If you want to remove an objective click on the contextual menu button and select Delete. Confirm the deletion by clicking Yes in the confirmation pop-up.

Note: At least one objective must be filled in. 

2.4.

Provide information on impact and contribution

Provide information on the intended impact on the target groups, participants and participating organisation(s) and how you will contribute to the main objectives of the EU Youth Strategy, Youth Goals and/or the Programmes Objective.

The provided links in this section offer information on the EU Youth Strategy and ­Youth Goals to provide you with assistance.

Fill in the "Overview of planned activities" section

In this section you have to provide information on the activities you would like to implement with Erasmus funds.

A table is displayed in which you must indicate the estimated target numbers of activities and participants for at least three years. The amount of available rows depends on the number of objectives defined under Motivation and Objectives.

To provide the required information:

  1. Select the Activity Type from the drop down list  
  2. Enter the Target number of activities per year
  3. Enter the Target number for Participants per year
  4. Select the related Objectives targeted from the drop down list

You can add additional estimated targets for additional years (maximum 7) via the ADD YEAR button.

The minimum required period is of 3 years. Once you add more than 3 years, the DELETE YEAR button also becomes available, enabling you to delete the additional years one at a time, starting with the last year you added.

Provide additional required information

In the available fields of this section, provide information on topics such as inclusion, environmental sustainability and more.

Strategic Development section marked complete

Once all mandatory information is provided, the Strategic Development section in the side menu will display a green check. Continue to the next part of the application form.
