The Project Management section of the application form is used to provide information important when assessing the approach to project management and capacity to deliver high quality learning activities. 

Make sure to read the questions carefully and address all sub-questions.

Our example below shows how to complete the Project Management section using a Mobility of young people (KA152-YOU) application form

Detailed Steps

1. Access "Project Management" 

Click on Project Management in the content menu. The Project Management screen opens.



2. Fill in the fields

In this section, you are asked to explain how your organisation will prepare and support participants before, during and after the activity, how your organisation will ensure qualitative learning and what is your organisation’s approach to the Programme’s priorities (inclusion and green).

The Project Management section contains a number of sub-sections, which can be accessed individually in the Navigation tree or together in the main Project Management tab.

The sub-sections are:

  • Project Management
  • Partnerships (only if more than one partner organisation)
  • Evaluation
  • Sustainability of the results
  • Dissemination of project results

Fill in the fields in all sections.

Take note

Make sure to read the questions carefully and address all sub-questions.

Depending on your answer to some of the questions, additional related questions may be asked.

Please note that all questions in this section are mandatory.


Expected Outcome

  • Project Management section is marked complete.
