In this section, you are requested to enter information on the activities you intend to implement. The budget of your project will be partly generated based on the data provided here.
To add activities to your application, click on Project Activities in the side menu and the Project Activities main screen opens. Two drop-downs are available: One asking for the main type of Project activities planned (i.e. Traineeships/Jobs) and the other asking if you plan to include also Complementary Activities. Select from the drop-down what type of Project Activities are planned: Traineeships and/or Jobs. Depending on your selection, additional lists become available. In our example, we selected Traineeships and Jobs, hence two lists display.
To enter the details for your first planned activity, in the displayed list click the dotted line under Activity Title or use the Menu button and select Activity Details. In our example we will provide information for a Traineeship Activity. The principle is the same for Job activities. In the Activity Details screen, provide the required information: You will notice as each activity is added, it is automatically numbered. In this case, as it is the first Traineeship activity added, it is numbered Activity - AT1. Additional activities are numbered subsequently. For Job activities, the numbering would start with Activity - AJ1.
Click the dotted line under Country of Origin/Country of Destination or use the Menu button and select Flow Details. In the Flow Details screen you first have to specify information such as: The flow Budget consist of various sections. The display of those depends on the Activity Type as well as the number of Participants and type of participants entered. Some fields will for example only be visible if you have Participants with Special Needs participating in your activity. Some fields are prefilled with the information entered in the flow details earlier. Those fields can be adjusted. In this section, the Travel information is to be entered. In case of expensive costs for travel, tick the box Request Exceptional costs for expensive travel and provide the Number of Participants, a Description and Justification, and the Grant (EUR). In this section, the Organisational Support information can be adjusted. In this section, the Inclusion Support information can be entered. This section is only available if you entered earlier participants with special needs or fewer opportunities. In this section, the Relocation Allowance information can be entered. The section Linguistic Support is not available for the activity type Advanced Planning Visit; only for the other activity types with a duration of a minimum of 60 days. See details: Web Forms Linguistic Support If needed, you can also add Exceptional Costs. To delete an item, click the Delete button. Via the ADD EXCEPTIONAL COST button you can add additional rows, if need may be. The last section of the flow is an overview of the Total Flow Budget, read only. All budget items entered in the flow are displayed here and the Totals per budget item as well as the Total Flow Grant displayed. Once the flow information is complete, navigate back to the Activity Details screen. In the list of flows, the Flow is marked as completed. Via the ADD FLOW button you can add additional flows to your activity. To edit an already encoded flow, click on the Menu button and select Flow Details. To remove an already encoded flow, click the Menu button and select Delete Flow. The Delete Flow option is not available if only one flow is encoded in the application form. Once you have recorded all information for your activity, navigate back to the Project Activities using the breadcrumb. The activity is now displayed in the list of Activities, in our example the list of Traineeship activities. When all the information is entered correctly, the activity is marked as complete.
Via the ADD ACTIVITY button you can add additional activities for Traineeships and/or Jobs. Provide the required details as just explained for the first activity, including the flow(s). Once all project activities are added, the lists display a green check mark. The example here shows activities entered for Jobs and Traineeships. Depending on the selection made earlier via the drop-down, you might only have one of those available. To edit an already encoded volunteering activity, click on the Menu button and select Activity Details. To remove an already encoded activity, click the Menu button and select Delete Activity. The Delete Activity option is not available if only one activity is encoded.
The second part of the Project Activities section is about Complementary Activities. Select from the drop-down if you plan such activities in your project. Selecting No requires no further action in this part of the application form. If you chose Yes in the drop-down, a new free text field and a list of Complementary Activities become available. Enter the details in the free text field. Click the dotted line under Type of Activity or use the Menu button and select Activity Details..
Fill in the available fields: Once all information is provided, navigate back to the Project Activities.
Via the ADD COMPLEMENTARY ACTIVITIES button you can encode additional activities of that type. Proceed the same way as just explained. Once all Project Activities and Complementary Activities (if applicable) are added, the top menu displays green check marks for the sections. You can proceed with the next part of your application. To edit an already encoded complementary activity, click on the Menu button and select Activity Details. To remove an already encoded complementary activity, click the Menu button and select Delete Activity. The Delete Activity option is not available if only one activity is encoded.Quick steps
