Kill Board is a technique of formal gathering of various project stakeholders at any project phase with an objective to shoot down currently processed project aspect. It is similar to the Blamestorming.

For instance this can be attempt of assassinating vision document at the inception phase or a battle between project sponsor and business analysts over user requirements.

Projects surviving "kill boards" have normally higher chances for success / meeting the expectations etc.
