disambiguation
This is a stub page, in other words an article too short to provide more than rudimentary information about a subject. Anyone can edit a stub article, or remove a stub template from an article which is no longer a stub.

The Page and Site Templates (PST) is a technique for building websites with CWCMS (or Documentum).

Main concepts

Page layout is separated from content layout

In the standard approach HTML renditions are generated by a single XSL. That XSL can be reused among documents and it can use a common XSL library (the XSL common). Often however we see that the XSL files are responsible for creating the complete page layout as well as transforming and formatting the content. Furthermore XSL are often copied from subsite to subsite, resulting in the duplication of the complete page layout.
