GNSS stands for Global Navigation Satellite Systems

GNSS refers to all upstream infrastructure and downstream user applications making use of navigation satellite signals. The market has been growing at double-digit rates over the past decade and this growth is expected to accelerate as new satellite systems with superior performance beyond GPS (EGNOS/GALILEO, GLONASS) become operational and increase the number of civilian applications[1].
