Mediterranean resource management and adding value

Thanks to the collaboration between the Emilia-Romagna Coast FLAG and the Camargue FLAG, French and Italian fishing and shellfish operators will be improving their capacity to adapt their activities to environmental and market trends, ensuring the economic viability of Mediterranean fisheries. A two-day event kicked off the cooperation project which aims to implement a management plan for the sustainable exploitation of the sea snail (Nassarius mutabilis) and to promote the product and increase its value.
