    Cooperation is organised in different ways around Spain, depending on the region. In most regions, cooperation is organised at FLAG level, while in Galicia and Catalonia, calls for projects are organised by the regional authorities in charge of CLLD. These calls tend to be coordinated closely with the FLAGs in order to ensure they meet the needs on the ground.

    Pillio FLAG is looking for partners from Cyprus, Italy, Malta, Spain, Portugal and France to create a transnational organisation (AKTES). The purpose of the organisation is the development and implementation a transnational quality agreement (pact) joining tourism stakeholders under a common strategy. The strategy aims to guarantee a minimum quality for products and services; improving the tourist offer of those areas; mitigating seasonality; and encouraging better incomes and working conditions for local communities in coastal areas.

    A fin de promover la actividad de marisqueo local y sus productos, un GALP ha rehabilitado una zona con vistas a la bahía en la que trabajan las mariscadoras dedicadas a la recogida de berberechos, y ha instalado asimismo una piscina exterior de poca profundidad para los niños, que se calienta con el agua tibia sobrante de un polideportivo cercano.
