Refuse authorisation

If a CA refuses an application, its decision is final and the CI/PS is not allowed to start. The application cannot be re-opened.

To refuse an application, follow these steps:

  1. Click Refuse authorisation at the top right corner of the page.

  2. A pop-up will appear.

    Choose from the dropdown list the reason for refusal, add your comments and the document for refusal (optional).

    Once you are done, click Complete Action.

  3. The application will change to Authorisation refused.
