Who can see my News posts?
Everyone who is a member of the network. There is no way to mark News posts as private.
Can other network members edit my content?
No, only the person who created the content and the Coordinator of the network can change content. Common members can only add other content to a publication.
Will the publication Author or anyone else be notified when you like a News post?
No, the Like button is just an indication. When you like a publication, it will just add an anonymous "1" to the sum of likes on a post. Removing the like will do the opposite.
Can I see who liked my content?
No. Likes are anonymous. You can only see the number of likes you have on a publication.
Can anyone delete my content?
No, only the person who originally created the content and the Coordinator of the network can remove content.
Is reporting anonymous?
Anonymous to other network members and the post Author, but eponymous to the network Coordinator. When a report is made, the Coordinator of the network will receive an email with the issue was reported, the justification and by whom. The author of the item reported will not be notified and cannot see who reported his/her item/
Can discussions be made private?
No, it is not possible to restrict access to a discussion; all members of the network have access.
Will items posted in Discussion appear under Publications?
No, only in the Discussion itself and under All Activity.
Can I add files to the Library?
You have to click on the folder you want to add the file into in order to be able to upload a file.
Will files I attach to a publication automatically go into the Library?
No, documents can only be added to a publication from the Library menu.
Can I create a folder?
Creating folders can only be performed by the network Coordinator. Common members can only update documents in the existing folders.
Can I delete a document?
Only the person who originally uploaded the document and the network Coordinator can delete documents.
Can I mark an Event/Meeting private?
No, an Event/Meeting created with an attendee list will be visible for all users of the network, and it will appear on everybody's All activity view, but only those selected for attendance will be able to see the participants.
Is it possible to subscribe to a specific member?
No, you can only subscribe to different types of publications. You can filter publications under All Activity to show only items posted by a specific member.
Can I subscribe to multiple Publications?
Yes, you can subscribe to as many Forum, Agenda and Publication items as you wish.
Can I adjust the frequency of Newsletter?
No, you cannot adjust the frequency of the Newsletter, but you can choose whether to receive it or not from the link at the bottom of the Newsletter, or via the Newsletter subscription button at the top of the screen inside ECP.
