Deployment dates:

Climate change is now a global phenomena with an impact on population, health and poverty. Climate change and climate induced-disasters pose a significant challenge to poverty reduction, health and development in many countries. However, the impacts of climate change, and the vulnerability of poor communities to climate change, vary greatly; but generally, climate change is super-imposed on existing vulnerabilities.
