Health and Food Safety Department's transparency commitment

You'll find at this webpage documents to which access has been specifically requested by applicants according to Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001.

The documents currently available relate to the area of pesticides and biocides.

This Access to Documents webpage started on 16 April 2018 as a pilot project. Its goal is to increase transparency.

Depending on the different applications, the access to documents might be partially or fully granted.

You may reuse Commission documents free of charge if the source is acknowledged and you don't distort the original meaning of the document.
