This topic deals with general and cross-cutting development issues such as the Agenda for Change, the Sustainable Development Goals and the Post-2015 global framework, or research for development.
Developing countries bear the primary responsibility for their own development, but the EU accepts its share of responsibility and accountability for the joint efforts undertaken in partnership.
