Fill in the whole form except for the username and click on Sign Up

Do not enter your own username during the creation process. The system will create a valid one for you.

When filling the form please do not use functional or generic mailbox address.

If you are not able to read the text in the picture, try to click on Try another or Audio version

Do not forget to tick the box regarding the Privacy Statement

Your account has been created and the system is waiting for your e-mail validation.

The system will send you an e-mail to activate your account. You only have 90 minutes to confirm your registration

Open your outlook (or your e-mail client). You should have received a new message with a link.

If you are not able to open the link (i.e. no new window pops up when clicking on the link), copy the entire link given in the e-mail, open your browser (Firefox, IE, Chrome, Opera, ...) and paste it in the address bar.

After clicking on the link in the e-mail, you can create a new personalised password.

For security reasons, ECAS requires a strong password with a length of 10 characters among which at least 1 character in uppercase and 1 number. But try to find an easy to remember password.

The system displays a message indicating that your ECAS account has been created

You are now able to use your new login. But you can also update your password and consult your account information.

To Log Out, click on Logout in the top menu of ECAS and close all the windows of your browser.
