G1. To establish and operate a network (EUNICE), comprising primary data providers (European Cancer registries) and organizations (ENCR, ACCIS, CAMON, EBCN, ECCSN, CCC, OECI, IAEA, DZFA) with experience in coordination, collection, quality control, standardisation, processing and dissemination of data on health status and health systems relevant to cancer, at European level. G2. To provide the EU health information system with updated and standardised indicators of cancer (disease burden and service provisions). G3. To analyse and interpret collected data to assess variations over time and space, by demographic and socio-economic variables. G4. To ensure maximum availability of cancer data via publications and electronic media (including E-health), while ensuring compatibility of presentation with other portals from the EU, including EUPHIN and EuroStat.
