1. Shortlisted health indicators to be included in the European Community Health Information and Knowledge System agreed by the network of competent authorities;
2. Recommendations about the implementation of the shortlisted health indicators into the European Community Health Information and Knowledge System;
3. Recommendations about the collection of data necessary for constructing the health indicators in Member States, applicant countries and EFTA/EEA countries;
4. Adequate functioning of the network of competent authorities, the network of working party leaders and the European Information and Knowledge Forum in view of the objectives of the Community Action in the field of Public Health, the Commission Services and Member States.



6 general objectives:
- to reduce risk of destruction of sexual and reproductive health of female sex workers in Baltic States ;
- to introduce and develop an effective, realistic and unified model of multifaceted prevention strategies based on non-discriminatory policies ;
- to create a strong commitment for promotion of prostitution policies based on principle of treating sex workers with dignity, respect and confidentiality and to promote their health, safety and civil rights ;
- to created an e-Network for future collection and dissemination of experiences and good practices working with health promotion among sex workers ;
- to develop a common quality standards of Health promotion among sex workers which could be applied for countries of European Community ;
- to support the creation of community based projects by directly involving sex workers in the activities of the intervention strategies.


Main objective: To promote local and integrated responses to the drug consumption phenomena.
- To create a network of transfer of know-how gathering cities and NGOs (create a network of transfer of know-how and information based on a partnership between the European networks of the civil society and a pilot network of European cities. This network established the conditions of a sustainable development remaining at the end of the project);
- To involve the concerned actors (initiate and/or reinforce at the local level the involvement of the concerned actors in the design and the implementation of the responses. This objective was to develop starting from the resources and specific know-how of the European networks of the civil society);
- To implement local coalitions (establish local coalitions in recipients cities by a system of twinning with pilot cities, the pilot cities supporting the recipients cities).

