Following the work and specific activity to support members, a report on EU member states achievements at the end of the year will provide us with information about successes, challenges and impact of the work. This will give a picture as to where Member State are at, as well as mini reports regarding ENSP members involvement in the implementation of the FCTC and the transposition of TPD into national laws.


The Capacity Building Workshop aims at giving participants with practical steps and strategies to work nationally, by influencing decision makers. The report generated from the event will include information as to the planning process, logistics, programme, speakers and evaluation.


A needs assessment, most probably in the form of a survey, will give us vital information as to the situation regarding national implementation of FCTC or TPD, as well as listing priority members needing support. This will in fact be a snapshot to see European situation, as well as gathering information related to areas with limited capacity.


An external evaluation report will be produced by a consultant. Through desk research, interviews of members and staff, as well as thorough assessments, the report will give useful information as to success, achievements and challenges. It will also provide the Board with strategic recommendations.


A strategy for targeting specific member states in order to motivate national cohesion and work will be produced, including specific actions and objectives. It will look at good practice amongst member states, and give specific actions in order to motivate national partnership work.


A network meeting will provide members and attendees with good practice, practical steps and networking opportunities, in order to progress in the work at national level. A report will provide useful information about the programme and the logistics, as well as topics covers and participants' evaluation.


A map of tobacco control alliances and coalitions will be produced in order to understand the gaps and priorities, in order for ENSP to plan our support capacity. This will map out the activity and capacity in each member state, highlight gaps and weaknesses and therefore give direction as to how ENSP can help local organisations.


A document that will log all the support activities requested by ENSP members, and the response/solution provided by the network. This summary report will in fact list all the exchanges, related to specific member's need, and how ENSP and its partners answered to those enquiries.


A communication and Marketing strategy will be produced, which will provide a strategic direction, along side with activities to achieve specific Communication objectives. This will help increasing ENSP's visibility, effectively communicate with members and stakeholders and promote itself, through its work.


An activity and evaluation report will be produce at the end of the year to assess impact and success of all the communication and marketing initiatives. It will also provide important information and learning for next year.


ENSP Tobacco Control Conference will be a key event with hopefully hundreds of participants, including members, project partners as well as national and international stakeholders. A report will be produced following the event, with information about organisation, logistics, programme and impact.


ENSP 2016 Annual Activity and Financial Report will collate all activities and measure their impact. It will obviously include activities from all WPs, with a focus on the work of the Secretariat. The financial report will also provide information on spending but also, financial management and stability.

