A relatively small number of people will be involved into the project due to its nature. The project coordinator (lead partner, ESOP) will work closely with national coordinators. The project coordinator will check the progress of the project at the national coordinators on a monthly basis and encourage the partners to carry out their work in a predetermined period of time. When communicating, we will be mainly taking advantage of mails and teleconference. At the beginning of the project we are planning the kick-off meeting of the national coordinators of the project in which we will set a good foundation for the project, which we will follow in the realization of the whole project.

Since our target audience is the expert public, pharmacists, we will report about our work at all relevant meetings (ESOP 2016 and 2018, ECCO, NZW, LZS and ESHP conferences). ESOP members will be informed on the project progress in the form of 6-monthly newsletters. Articles about project results will be published in an international journal, in a German oncology pharmacy journal and in a periodical for all pharmacists

Task 1: The educational programme will be developed based on the German example from „Oral Anticancer Therapy – Safe and Effective“ and upgraded with gaps identified in WP4.
Task 2: Specific needs for the training programme will be discussed with stakeholders and relevant pharmacy professionals in different EU-countries. Programme will be adopted for use in Slovenia and Estonia introduced to pharmacists (seminars).
