Organisation
The encoding for
organisation will be different, according to the profile you have Click on "Select the organisation"
A pop-up window
will appear, with all organisations used by DG AGRI, which are normally suited
to your application:
If you don’t find
your Organisation on the list, you can click on "More organisations"
to see additional ones (that may not be suited for the application you chose).
Finally, if you
don’t find it there either, you will be given the possibility of declaring a
new one by clicking on "My organisation is not on the list".
There you will be
shown a form to fill in. Please note that the field Country relates to that of
the Postal Address' country, and not that of the one the organisation
represents.
In the case when you declare a new
organisation, at the end of all the steps to fill in your request to register
in AWAI, your request will be set “pending” until the administrator will have
accepted your new organisation. Once the administrator will have been accepted
it, you will receive instructions by email on how to resume your request.
Please note however
that this is a legally complex and time consuming procedure: the new
Organisation needs to be legalised by a validation authority.
Address and
Country fields
You will be given
the possibility of auto filling your organisations address by clicking on
"Use organisation's address". You can always edit it to make it match
with reality. Please note that the field Country relates to that of the Postal
Address' country, and not that of the one the organisation represents.
